For God so love the world. YES! Yum Char that looks yummy. Anytime I see onions and garlic its good. Seasoned real well. Oh I'm sure the beefy flavor will tastes as well as the onion flavor. I would be freaking out with a pressure cooker. lol. LOL on the vanilla. Love hearing mommy laugh. OMG look at that roast after you opened it. WOW. You did good with the pot. I seriously need an insta pot in my life! I haven't had pot roast since my Mom passed away 😢. She made the best pot roast with what I called the "secret sauce". Before she died, she finally told me the secret as the Lipton Onion Soup mix..
