I would rather snow than ice. I don't miss living in that in Virginia. It's cold and rainy today. I finally decided what I am going to make for your collab. I love Addison is such a happy baby. I like her shirt "girls can do anything." We all make mistakes when cooking. You told your mistake and posted the recipe. Glad you posted the video.

I was thinking about you during both last weekend and this weekend's cold fronts, because they made it all the way down to me in central Florida. We had frost both times. Last night's temp was 35 and we had frost/ice all over our yard. Lol…that's as close as we get to snow. I'm glad you didn't get the bad icy roads in your area.

Marie I will take your 1/2 inch of snow anyday compared to our 10 inches, it hasn't melted yet and it was snowing again earlier! I just moved here a couple years ago and I'm not use to this kind of weather, it wouldn't bother me if I never saw another snow flake. It is pretty but that's all I can say. Enjoyed your video. Addison is adorable and I can tell in your voices how proud you guys are of here, as you should be. Thank to you both.

Glad to hear that the ice storm missed you. I always find it amazing to hear that you got snow in Georgia while here in Massachusetts we didn't. You are right though, our temperatures have been a bit colder than yours. I'm looking forward to your collaboration on the 28th. Sounds like fun. Stay warm!

Glad to see you folks got a little snow as that's how I like it , just a little . The " Sicilian Chicken Soup " recipe looks like a great solution to a cold day !
My Mom got on a tight low carb diet and it all but cured her issues with diabetes . No sugar problems now .
Take care Calvin and Marie !

Addison is so cute! Such an adorable smile. Miss Personality. Yes, has been cold. But we didn't get snow. Like you said the people in the north are to be admired. A boy on the news this morning said he would rather be in school than have a snow day and have to shovel snow. Glad you are doing so well on your health journey. I am supposed to eat no more than 45 carbs at a meal. And 19 if I have a snack. Though I try to not have a snack unless my blood sugar goes too low. God bless y'all! ❤️❤️

Mornin! Spent the day with my daughter yesterday and she made an Italian soup that was almost identical to your Tuscan soup. It was delicious! Colorado’s weather never knows what it’s gonna do 😂
How cute! Addison looks like a little teddy bear!❤️
    Have a Blessed day!

Forgive me if you already know this — Marita means Little Marie because when you add "ita" to a word in Spanish, it translates as the diminutive version. In Spain I was often called Candita — love it! BTW, I found Marie's Pasta e Fagioli recipe! The e is proper Italian — I just sneaked a little Spanish in there with the y! My bad!
I'm glad you guys left in that spirited video of Calvin's mistake. It was the best one I saw all week long! I enjoy four other culinary offerings on YouTube (Cafe Delites, Rachel Cooks With Love, Divas Can Cook and Yesterkitchen) but your's is the only one I request "notifications" for, so as not to miss a beat with you two — a greater compliment I could not give! Take care. ❤

This weather seriously is getting crazy. Even here in Florida, it went down to almost 40 degrees last night. We weren't prepared LOL. We have a frost alert through tomorrow morning and I need to do a run outside. Cannot wait to participate in your comfort food next week! We're doing pasta sauce. 🙂

GM Calvin and Marie!! 🙋‍♀️ Good Sunday chat as always, do enjoy watching!! On weather, yes it does get tiring sometime in the winter weather here up Northern though keep in mind as I shoveling, scrape of car or what not – This too shall pass and spring will be here before I know it!! It really gives me a good tempo at least when I'm a shoveling!!! 🤭😃🤭 Well have a wonderful and blessed Sunday!! Take care and God Bless!!!

Enjoying your Sunday morning chat as usual. I and my husband were watching the memorable pressure cooker pasta recipe. I noticed the runny sauce and said to him "uh oh something's up with that sauce." We are SO glad you decided to show that video. It endeared you guys to us even more. Shows you have a great sense of humor and we got some great laughs at the never ending "steam engine!" We always knew you were a fun couple! Would like you to repeat the recipe with the corrected liquid. While I am and always have been very frightened of pressure cookers, I was very intrigued with how quickly that meal cooked! Thanks for great recipes and the humor too! This world needs more of that.
