Ms Lourie I just watched again your chow chow video and wanted to know if you think I could use sea salt instead of canning salt, also a sugar free sweetener (Munkfruit)? I am going to try it anyway on a smaller batch but wanted your thoughts, if you know its been done and turned out or failed, It makes a keto diet just better having a couple of jars of chow around.. plus you can do so many different veggies…
