I'm just out of the hospital from 2 mini strokes after replacing my usual Stevia for sale priced erithytol. I'm in rehab now. Read all warnings before using certain types of artificial sweeteners.

You should add a disclaimer here somewhere about the crystalization issue. I dug deeper into your channel to find the update, although I knew about recrystallization prior to watching this video. I appreciate your efforts to solve this problem. Going to look now for the update using distilled water.

I definitely want to see ANY sugar free recipes! I was told I'm pre-diabetic, so decided to do something immediately before things get worse. I've been trying out keto. Brought my numbers down, so I'm sticking with it! My daddy was diabetic, I saw what it did to him, so I'm trying to avoid going that route.

I am liking learning about natural sweeteners. I have gone back and forth about what is good and what to stay away from, I found that Stevia and a touch of sugar makes a pretty good muffin or cookie but even white Stevia has been processed. Keep the sugar free/low sugar, better for you deserts and things coming.

When it comes to these various sugar substitutes, which have the least aftertaste? I'm trying to stick with a diet but struggling with things like coffee, which ends up 150 calories per cup for me between cream and sugar. I'm trying to cut down whatever I can but I found with Splenda that it left a weird taste in my mouth.

I have to say, your hands are looking thinner. I went back to some of your old videos and you can really tell a difference. Keep up the great work! Cheers, from Cathy in Kentucky, Go Big Blue!
