Looks yummy and will make it today. Just have to shop the ingredients first 😊👍 But I have some questions: 1. How much is 2 cups in deciliter? 2. How many deciliter chocolate is a handful or how much did you use? 3. Can I use heavy whipped cream without lactose? (To avoid the milk sugar!) I wish you a nice day 🙏🥰🌺

I used the white chocolate bake believe chips and when they melted they had little hard pieces of something in them that had a cooling taste. Has anyone else had this problem also and what about with the dark chocolate ones I don't want to waste the money if it happens with those too… Did your fudge have any crunchy cooling kind of bits in it beyond your walnuts?

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I used to make fudge every Christmas until I got so sick of it I wouldn't eat it anymore. Now that I do low carb I miss it. I will definitely make this fudge. I tried the cream cheese fudge and hated it. Cream cheese does not belong in fudge.
Just a tip. I would just put the chips in the evaporated milk mixture and they would all melt just fine. I'm going to see if I can skip the chocolate melting step. If anyone tries this make sure you take the milk mixture off the heat
