I used to make mashed potato with chipotle peppers and cheddar cheese on homemade fried corn tortillas. They were so yummy. Sadly, I don’t eat those anymore because of the amount of carbs 😢 Stephanie Laska at @dirtylazyketo I’ve always wanted the pot holder.
Hasbrown Recipe is "Radish Hashbrowns" in the Cookbook your holding Page 65. of "DLK Cookbook 100 Recipes". I love the Artichoke chips, Dr Atkins has some good small bags of chips that are low carb. I tend to like them better than Quest.
In the cold winter, I plan to make the boiled radishes w butter & salt, and eat them in front of the tv. Such a great comfort food. They're a Vegetable instead of a Potato!! Bonus!
I LOVE ALL potatoes. I usually make sweet potato casserole w brown sugar at Thanksgiving. Although I have noticed when I ate potatoes, I felt bloated afterwards (must be my insulin resistance). I did 'boil to death' a bag of radishes w a little olive oil, drained, & added Salt and Butter, and they were Fantastic!! Thanks Stephanie. Great Idea. I gave some to my sister and she thought they were potatoes!! (Ha); I would love a DLK Pot Holder, I cook alot from yr cookbooks. (How in the heck did that radish heat taste disappear?)-A mystery.
I have done radishes with pot roast and it is okay but not the best for me. I have enjoyed them more roasted or in the air fryer. I will have to try them “dressed up “!
I used to have home fries for breakfast, French fries for lunch, baked for dinner several times a week. Potato’s were my life

I used to eat baked potatoes regularly. I tried frying radish slices with onion and was amazed. Even my husband ate them.
