    Cabbage (1/2), celery stalks(4), a bunch of mint, half onion (yellow), 1 or 2 carrot, 1-2 inches ginger, about 6 piece of garlic. Cayenne pepper and chicken spice, red pepper (optional)
    Carrot and ginger are depending on your taste. Original recipe is 1 carrot and 2 inches of ginger.

    It seems that most of these "diet" soups all have the same ingredients in them. The only issue I have is, How much can I eat at one time? I have a big apatite and can eat a lot!
