Looks great!! We bought these same shelves from Home Depot for some additional garage storage. We put casters on them so that they can be easily moved around for cleaning under and behind them. Great job!

You might want to put your extra flooring under the new shelves instead of standing them up in the corner. This way they won’t warp

Happy Wednesday, Robin! I like what you've done with your CATCH ALL CLOSET. I have those exact shelving units from Home Depot, except mine is the black medal. We purchased them in 2006 for our Laundry Room and I'm pleased to tell you that they're still holding strong and we've stored heavy bottles of bleach, detergents, cases of bottled water and sodas, and no buckling has been detected. I'm a big believer in developing a Prepper Pantry, but with 4 children under foot, that's a no brainer 🤣…My parents had a Cold Storage Room when I was growing up, so I believe much of what I practice today was first planted during my youth…Additionally, I just hate running out of anything, especially if it's something that my family uses often, but you're so right in regards to preparing for an emergency or a natural disaster. Recently, my building here in Qatar was having our water tanks cleaned and that meant that the residents would be without running water between 24 to 48 hours….While others complained about the inconvenience, my Prepper mentality of storing 30 Gallons allowed me to endure the water outage with ease…The Prepper mentality was also needed when COVID-19 first hit…We advised our international teachers on what long life items they needed to stock up on in the event they could not go out for their usual grocery shopping, so kudos to you…Thanks, again, for this upload and have a terrific balance to your week 🤗.
This was great! The shelf system seem to be working perfectly for your needs. My husband and I are organizing our laundry room at the moment which have been a mess for a long time. We have gotten rid of a lot of things and re-organized and hubby is putting up shelves for extra storage. Thank you so much for sharing! It’s always encouraging! God bless 🧡🍂

I have always have what we call a larder.
We have to closets of food storage and its easy to see what is there and what is needed.

I use a permanent marker to put the expiration date on top of the can. This helps with using up old food before new food.
I bought similar shelves like those and have had them for years. They’ve been very useful.
