    Tried this recipe, the sponge cake was great and it tastes good but unfortunately the flan was not cooked on the round pan, tried it on llanera with thinner cake and it was cooked for only 20mins even the leche flan. Next time i'll try to lessen the ingredients and make a thinner one. But taste good so still thumbs up!

    For those who made this, can anyone commend on the sweetness level? Is it really sweet? Also, after cooling at room temperature can we flip it over or does it need to go in the refrigerator overnight first before being flipped?
