I wish I would have watched this 30 min ago. I have banana bread in the oven right now. Next time I will have to try the cinn/sugar coating. I always get inspiration to get up and cook after watching your vids, but I have so many leftovers I can't justify cooking again today! (I realize that is a luxury problem).
