I tried freeze drying our rabbit meat and,I did not like it at all rehydrate. It was actually hard to rehydrate. We raise our own meats and I have FDed ground beef and love it but I haven't tried chicken or pork yet. I'm going to look for in your videos to see how well your meats rehydrate. Thank you for the video.

A freeze dryer would be nice but just not in the budget right now. Still an interesting video. For now I will continue to prep by using my dehydrator and purchasing freeze dried foods through through my various resources🥩🥩

Jara, as always a great video. My grandmother was a big canner. However I don’t and won’t have the confidence of to not poison my family. Also, I am a pescitarian. I do cook for my dog to supplement kibble bit not for long term storage. I well aware of all of the nutrients needed to be added to his food but my question is this, if I buy the thrive life beef amd chicken is it unseasoned and safe to make his meals?
