Suggest add 1 stick cinnamon, 1 tsp whole black pepper (or fresh pepper uncrushed), 1/2 tsp crushed dried chili and make the 5 chili peppers fresh. Soy sauce to be light say sauce and 1/2 cup. Also 1 tblsp brown sugar or 30ml corn syrup.
Also add root veg for last 30 mins – carrot / potato and such preferred then can add snow peas / mange tout as addition to garnish.
