I thought Char Siu is a pork, not the other meats
Love the recipe, but making it the second time I made a couple of changes – firstly, add a touch of cayenne to the sauce (you can reduce the white pepper a bit if you want to avoid it being more spicy) and then freeze the sesame seeds, and add them to the chicken in the oven. They won't fully toast but they'll add more flavour and fragrance

Donald just a little advice, char siu is roast pork not a flavour. So char siu chicken means pork chicken 🤷🏻♀️

generally love your videos but char siu is actually barbecued pork it's not chicken, nor is it a glaze/sauce. im from hong kong btw which is where char siu is from (guangdong region)
