    Butter 😢 I liked steamed veggies a few times I had them. We in India don't usually eat bland food. I didn't know I'll have to use this much butter. I kind of like butter but due to high LDL, VDL, total Cholesterol, triglycerides, I thought to switch to non oily food and thus steamed veggies but now I won't😅.
