That, Jazzmin, is NOT carne asada. Carne asada is cooked over flame n high heat on the grill. That is carne guisada. Try spraying oil on the tortillas. Looks real good though.

Like how we can all learn from each other when making a freaking taco, you'd think I'd be as easy as serving yourself some cereal but the small changes can add up. Now your style of tacos are ingrained in my head as a possibility and I personally want to try a few things I learned on my own recipe.
