    This looks DELICIOUS! Just wondering… Could this be made as a soup starter, so less liquid, more concentrated seasoning, more ingredients, and longer processing times, as per canning meat?

    OMGosh I can't wait to make this for our pantry! How many pounds of meat did you have for the 7 quarts? I have a roast I need to use and this would be fabulous. Can't wait.
