Made a variation of this today. I subbed red rice for white and soaked soy curls for the seitan because that's what I had at home. Seitan is really hard to find where I live and it tends to be very pricy. I had to cook it 15 minutes longer. It turned out delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
I got all the stuff to make this today because it looks so good but I only got one package of Seitan because it was so expensive. Will one package be ok?
I love that your recipes are vegan, oil free, and so easy to make (I'm not a huge fan of cooking). I don't care for stuffed peppers, but I think I will like this version of that dish. Thanks.
I can’t wait to try this-we made your game day chili cheese dip for Super Bowl -it was a hit! (I’m going to have leftovers of it on a baked potato today!
Worcester, MA resident here – you did a pretty good job on the “Worcester” part! I usually say it like “Wusster-sheer”. 😂 This looks so good! I watch often but felt compelled to comment today. Take care, Dads!
Excellent video and recipe Joey. I make a lot of budget recipes with 10 ingredients or less. I am going to try to grow my own bell peppers this year. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Joey & Tim.

Looks delish. Bet jalapeño would be yummy in there.
Can't go wrong with rice and peppers! Love this recipe. 😍
Can the seitan be left out and just add more rice?
I made this it is yummy!

The dish looks great Joey. We love it that you used red bell pepper; it gives such a nice pop of color. Well done!

Could you substitute the wor. Sauce with tamari or liquid aminos?

Another good looking dish. I love the way you really break down, and explain all of the steps.

Throw in some shredded cabbage and you'd have unstuffed cabbage rolls.
Looks great !
It can also be called an inside out stuffed pepper?
What can I use instead of seitan? Tofu?.
Looks delicious 😋

I’ve never eaten seitan and have to see if I can find it around here. Thanks for the recipe!
