So ive watched your videos for a while but this is one if the first recipes I've tried and it's unbelievable. I did the chicken but didn't do tacos. I used this with a fried rice recipe from Sam and mixed it all up. Didn't believe him on another video for fried rice where he said "best fried rice I've had" and it was the same words I used when I finished. Make the darn rice and mix thus chicken in with it and it's the best darn thing you could eat!!!!!

Your commercialism has gotten over the top for me. The ads for sponsorship get in the way of the videos. Then the begging for likes and follows is a sad ending to your otherwise entertaining videos. You've gone from Sam the Cooking Guy to Sam to Pitch this next commercial Guy. No one should use Thrive Market. They should support their local farmers markets or their local small markets. You should get back to basics Sam, I remember how butt hurt you were when your restaurants were shut down. Please get back to supporting your community.

Just a question …….. pouring some of "used" marinade over the chicken right before you pulled them seems a bit dicey. Wouldn't it make better sense to hold some back if you wish to do that instead of what was used on the raw chicken?

what you did was a big no no as far as safely cooking chicken…. your thighs were almost done and then you took the marinade which was in the bag and poured it over the chicken on the grill. The problem is that marinade was in direct contact with the raw chicken in the bag and you didnt flip the thighs over (at least on video) to cook the raw marinade up to temp before serving.

What do you have against gardeners. Maybe you do not have a garden I do have an issue with your plastic use. What do you do with the plastic?? I do have a marinating container which I have had since the 1980s so no throw away plastic you should try it

Listen, I just had a thought…I was watching the surf & turf crunch wrap vid from back when, and had to come forward to your latest post to leave my thought here. I know that it's the signature move to taste what you've made, and wipe with the whole towel roll, etc., then comment and critique your own work, but we already know that 99% of the time, you're going to rave about what you've made, because YOU made it. Why not show other people's reactions to your stuff? Of course it would be easy to have Max and Chance(?) taste test you, but isn't that also too obvious? Why not have one or two guests be the tasters on each episode? If you film multiple episodes in a day, have a guest-o'-the-day. There must be no end of those who would volunteer, just from your restaurant regulars. Anyway, just an idea…love your work, love your style, love your recipes, love you guys!
