    Thank you Chuck, you are really gifted in recreating these dishes without oil. I have eaten this dish before but it didn't have all the veggies which IMHO makes it better. I think this dish is better as a side or midnight snack, it's a little too one dimensional for an entire meal probably because of the heat. Gochujang paste is also found at TJ's. Korean food has a lot of possibilities for vegans, I would love it if you tackled a bibimbap.
