It was wonderful. Tangy, a bit of spice, and savorable.
Could you make okonomaki with rice flour or an alternative flour as I can’t eat wheat flour?
Quick question: can I blanche the pork and then, later, reheat it in the microwave? I was thinking about bringing it tomorrow for lunch at work. Thanks!

Can you mince the pork like Laab or in Thailand, is it traditionally sliced thin? I am going to experiment with wild boar. Yum.
OMG…I'm making this on the weekend. Love your recipes! Your Laab moo is in my weekly rotation!
Can you publish another cookbook?
Magnificently well done, thank you for this easy approach to cook !
Awesome food
This helped me finagle a pork dish using some leftover pork shoulder. I know it's not authentic, but I rely on Palin to guide me toward some of the flavors that can really put oomph in a meal with whatever you have on hand. The base sauce is terrific. Because of spice-sensitive household members, I used a sweet red mini instead, and added ginger. Yo — great!
one of my favourite snack dishes in Thailand this and Laab moo tod.
edit after writing this comment i thought i'd check if you have a recipe for that too 🙂

If I'm keeping this in the fridge, would it be better to separate the sauce from the pork or just combine them?
