I love watching Jackie become more confident as she began explaining the evolution to plant based. Congratulations young lady! Very proud of your achievements and thinking this might be a great future for you! And what a lovely job the host did fleshing out Jackie's story.

Wow. What an incredible story, so glad they found this lifestyle and that it has helped her so much 💜Jackie really was a true delight, and the recipes seem amaaaazing! Fellow cayenne-immune girl on this end, so I can relate to putting that much in a recipe, haha 😆since you mentioned if there were any plantbased neurologists, the Drs Sherzai are right :)? Thank you so much for another outstanding show, so great that they reached out and you were able to have Jackie on 💗

What a bright and beautiful young woman who is doing so well with this wonderful whole food plant based lifestyle! She is so positive and vibrant! I have a family member who has seizures too and I have been encouraging them to do what she has done! Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring us all ! Thank you Chef AJ for this interview and I think this is a very important topic that needs to be recognized and discussed in the wfpb community. Whole Foods definitely have changed her life . So grateful she is doing well! 🤗 😊

I wish I learned about wfpb when I was a teen. I ate so badly, but so did my peers…it was and still is so normalized! Amazing how she's already thinking about business and she knows a lot more about vegan cooking now. I thought the 3tbsp cayenne was a typo! Would love to try her recipe

You know it's one thing when a fully grown adult encounters health challenges and decides to follow a wfpe lifestyle, it's quite another when these challenges start at a tender age. It's just not fair. This said, Jackie Patereck and her family seem to have the spirit of warriors. I will honor Jackie in my personal yoga practice later tonight by doing all the warrior poses. She has inspired me to be stronger. Blessings to Jackie and her family. Great interview, Chef AJ. Thank you for introducing her to us. Namaste.🙏
