The Kind bars are not so kind. They contain Palm kernel oil which is horrible and is an inflammatory. They also contain sugar. Anyone interested in learning about healthy eating and how to read labels check out FlavCity on YouTube. ♥️👍

You're Spend the Day with Me videos are awesome. 💝 I cannot believe you're almost 40 and please, you look gorgeous and I had grey hairs in my 20's. It just means you have experience and have lived life! Hooray! That wind and long hair is why I do not like wind and eating outside 😀 Have a blessed day and thanks for sharing your life💝

I loved this video so much. I didn't know you had No7 makeup in America, its a British brand that was created in the 30's by Boots the chemist, it's extremely popular over here, they're skin care is well known for good results. You looked lovely in your new shorts and t-shirt. 😊💖

I really like Thrive's house brand pasta sauce like the one you got. Sicilian Gravy is my favorite – it's good on it's own but with ground beef, sausage and mushrooms added it tastes like it took all day to make.

I have been cutting out artificial sweeteners too. I am reducing sugar and using honey or maple syrup in the baked goods I make for my family. I am borderline diabetic, so I have been limiting my indulgences to a bite of my husband's cake or cookie lol. I have also cut out refined flour, pasta, potatoes, and rice. I am eating a lot more vegetables, and also eat less dairy. I don't know what I like more, all the cheese or the sweets. Good for you and your family that you are choosing healthier options to eat! Everyone will feel better on a cleaner diet.

I love reading and coffee! Great book suggestion. Over the last 5 years or so I have moved to nearly 100% organic and home cooked meals for my rheumatoid arthritis/autoimmune disease. And one of my boys is allergic to soy and soybean oil even. So he’s allergic to SO many prepared foods, box mixes like Bisquick, and even traditional sandwich toppings like Duke’s mayo, poor guy! It wasn’t as hard or as expensive as it was ten years ago even. There are so many more choices that just were not there in my city 10 years ago. If I sign up for Thrive Market I will use your link-I just love your channel. My oldest boy is your son’s age and we homeschool, etc. So super relatable!
