Hi, I enjoyed the video! I have another brand of pressure cooker that I haven’t used yet, but I plan to start learning how to cook with it for camping, so this looks like a tasty, healthy meal to start off with, as I love vegetarian chili too! (One observation though – instead of putting the waste veggies and such in the garbage, have you considered composting such waste by products instead? It’s a useful addition to a garden – or lawn, etc!) I continue to enjoy your videos! Thanks for posting them as it gives me ideas to visit areas on future trips! Take care and stay safe during this pandemic time!

Thanks for your video! I’ve been using the instapot, but trying the spaghetti squash steam setting for the first time instead of the oven. I’m so excited to know we can use that for squash! :). Making spaghetti with kids tonight. Safe travels! 🙂

I was unknowingly on that diet for years,, and vegetarian. I had a 33 inch waste and was almost too thin. As soon as my lifestyle changed I gained some weight,,, still vegetarian.

I have an Instant Pot and it's kind of life changing for me, it's worth it alone for the perfect rice it makes every time. Looking forward to trying spaghetti squash soon. Happy New Year !

I'm about your age (late 50s) and lost 30 lbs mostly through exercise and calorie counting (LoseIt.com app). I resist fast food joints, fried food. It takes years to add the weight, would discourage you from trying to lose it too quickly. Your body has a set-point and slows its metabolism in response to dieting/calorie restriction. Would recommend slow weight loss and increase in daily activity (as little as 30 mins walks around the block). Drinking water/tea and getting away from soda was a big help for me as well. Good luck.

I've been intrigued by intermittent fasting. We are already mostly plant based in our diet but fasting occasionaly would not be a bad thing. I love our pressure cooker for camping. We like spagehtti squash. My kids were very thrilled at the "magic" of it. 😀

Akela's expression when you released the steam the first time indicated that might not be the way to do it. My waste baskets are inside cupboards. Always a talking point with guests about picking my battles and how I choose to spend my dog training efforts. Hope you do well on your diet. I just started almost no sugar, low and healthy carbs and healthy fats. But not doing so great on the intermittent fasting yet.

Thanks Rick. I have an Instant Pot but it scares the bejeebers out of me. I have used it once. I think watching you on this video I'm giving it another go. My DIL and my friend use theirs at least 3-4 times a week. I"ll let you know how it goes. I do keep a slow cooker in the camper. Set it and forget it 😉
