Chef, can u try and make "Goalondo ghat steamer chicken curry". Steamer is a word used in Bengal n Bangladesh for the big water boats used to ferry thousands of peoples across mighty rivers in East INDIA.
There are many recipes and most of them are wrong. This is a simple n rustic recipe cooked by the boatman's for the hungry and tired passengers who are travelling from Kolkata to remote parts of Bengal( now Bangladesh).
Very simple n super tasty n with one secret ingredient…let me know if you are not able to find it.

History ka history lesson n tasty food with one secret.

Ranveer. Sir, thank you so much for giving us the history behind the word " Mutton" and " Red meat". You're right Red meat should not be generalised. Your recipe is so simple and one can become an expert with this video.

Surprised to hear the myth that mutton is unhealthy . Red meat is so helpful for supporting iron production in our body. Chicken is in no comparison to red meat coz first it’s bird . It’s bone do not have narrow. Chicken do not help with iron production but yes a source of protein and b12 as well . But mutton is best as it is not harmful as compared to beef and more beneficial as compared to chicken .
