I've been eating my own version of this recipe forever. But I thought I'd give yours a try. I must compliment you on the garlic with the skin on it method. The best part was taking the skin off of the garlic and eating the clothes when the dish was done. Yum!
Can I ask a dumb question? Could you not just remove the skin from the garlic and then add it? (I'm by no means a cook…so this may be a stupid question!)
0:19 I doubt that this recipe dates back to medieval times because potatoes didn't exist in Europe until the 16th century (renaissance) when they were brought to Europe from South America. Great recipe though!
it looks like the kind of dish that is easy to make but hard to make well
I don't get what you do with the garlic in this dish. Just unpeeled, or peeled cloves? Why not chop?
Always great food, I’ve made so many dishes from here,,, my go to food these days, keep up the good work 🙏
Looks interesting, simple and delicious! But why aren't the skins from the garlic cloves?
I love this recipe 👍👍😋😍😋😍
yum
Never peel potatoes. Now you showed us how to cut up Pepper's I think I can deal with them but onions and garlic never
What a beautiful way of explaining This dish. Congrats. Eres genial 🤩
Went home and made this for my lunch. Amazing. Added some cheese and hot sauce.
well it can’t very well be “medieval” since they didn’t have potatoes yet.
What a fun and colorful dish to prepare with potatoes taking center stage! I am going to make this! It makes for a nice flavorful brunch dish, too!
I have been known to eat cereal, open box, grab a handful, eat! or if you want to get technical you can add milk, no need to measure! viola!
lastima no puedo comer pimientos so I'll make your tortilla de patata siempre excelente
Substitution ideas for green and red peppers? Thanks.
Thanks for sharing your recipes awesome 🥰

It looks tasty 😍😍
Except for the garlic (which I hate) I've been making this dish for years (I use basil, not parsly). Now I know what it's called.

Arre u supposed to eat it as it is or with bread etc??
Why do you not peel garlic?
