Do you drain the vegetable broth before adding the tomato sauce for the SpaghettiOs?
I'm not judging you at all, but, coffee stopped giving you heart palpitations because you stopped drinking it. And yes, you can start again, but, eventually it will catch up to you again and you'll start having heart palpitations again. You can do what you want but I feel a very strong responsibility to share my experience, which was similar to yours and it took a while for the coffee and caffeine to build up in my system but I did eventually end up in the hospital with heart palpitations and A-Fib. Some people's systems (like mine and maybe yours) are just extra sensitive to coffee. Do yourself a favor and let it go. And if you're that addicted that you simply can't, then drink decaf and try to limit it to once or twice a week. No food or drink addiction is worth ending up in the hospital.

Ahh Cha Lua is THE BOMB!! I miss it sorely going vegan – have had some okay vegan versions where the texture was more like flakey bean curd sheets that were compressed together BUT your one looks legit!!

Unfortunately for farmers here, the avo market has had a massive reduction in demand (they normally export a lot to places that are now in lockdown) but as a bonus for avo obsessed Aussies like me the huge amazing premium avos that are usually $6+ each are only a buck at the moment! I'm about to turn into avo toast

I agree with Mississauga’s Tofu Shop having the best tofu, i’d love to see you experiment in trying to make it at home since I don’t live near there 🙁 I have no idea how they get the crust, but i’m assuming the inside is like a mashed tofu mixture because it’s silky/custardy yet firm and has some filling inside of it.
