    You’ll need to soften the banana leaves first by warming them over a pot of boiling water or wafting them over your gas stove on an open flame. This makes them more pliable and easier to wrap so that the leaves won’t tear and leak the contents.

    I seen red, white version… now yellow.
    Texture wise varies from heterogeneous small chunks to homogenous paste.
    Green artisanal maybe viable using green mild/sweet flavored pepper/paprika/chili, lime leaf & pandan extract.
