This is definitely for me too. Love using my sous vide. I think however I want to get the brand that you're using because I have to use an app and I always have to have internet or Wi-Fi connection.

Yes, I've had a sous vide for about a year & LOVE it!! I've been playing with lean cuts of beef & am very happy with the results. I used to hate chicken breasts but the sous vide does such a good job of preventing them from drying out. I love to season up a bunch of chicken tenders & vacuum pack & freeze them. The tenders cook pretty fast even from frozen!

I just ordered one through your link but it will take 2-4 weeks to arrive so I have to wait. I’ve been wanting to try this for a long time. I LOVE your videos and I like the cute sped up voice that appears here and there. It matches your cute personality. 💕

Oh my goodness, that meat looks fantastic! I guess I'm a little concerned w/cooking meat in a plastic zip-lock bag? Maybe I missed a part, or it's a specially made kind of bag that won't leach carcinogens into the food? aA the same time, I am SO drawn to cooking tougher cuts of beef this way, & have been looking into the sous vide method for a bit. The heated plastic thing is why I switched to glass storage, especially for re-heating in microwave & so forth. If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd sure be grateful to hear. ~Samantha in AZ

You have encouraged me to retry my sous vide stick. Your beef looks delicious. The first time I used the sous vide on a steak, I did brown the steak, but couldn't get the odd shade of gray/brown that the sous vide left the steak out of my mind…..not so appetitzing. So I'll just get over it, and try again! Thanks!

Hehehe…good boy Teddy! You were telling mom that thing has teeth and it was growling and IT WAS TAKING BITES out of you and moms dinner!! 😉
You have definitely inspired me to get that "magic wand" for my birthday and give it a try 🙂 PSMF is definitely breaking a 6mth stall on ketovour and the addition of low fat roast beef would be awesome! Thank you!!

It looks great! Very tender! I like my roast more done, but I see the point of the sous vide and want to get one bcuz I like thin sliced roast beef for sandwiches and not unsliceable like roast slow cooked well done in the slow cooker. That kind of meat is best for gravy and stews.

I got my wand this past weekend and tried it out on T-bone steak. Yum. I had just taken out a roast to thaw out when I saw this video. Thanks for the tips about broiling and resting. Glad you got the Teddibear approval for taste😁.

Oh my stars little Teddy is such a good guardian of the kitchen!!!!🤭 I'm now going to look for my electric knife I packed away 20 years ago. I will try it on the psmf bread Maybe I should order a sous vide wand for cheaper cuts of meat that can be a little "chewy"? Thank you for all the great ideas! Thank Teddy for his protecting 🐕❤❤❤
