I love your videos! The sous vide demonstrations are extremely informative!! Would you do a sous vide on wild game, such as venison? It's always so dry and tough when my son-in-law cooks it!! 😆 I would love to have a tender and juicy venison cut! 😋😋😋

    Love ya hon ❤💙💜

I was just like you – I refused to eat chicken breasts until I tried one in the sous vide! I eat them ALL the time now (if cooked via sous vide). Recently I made a keto teriyaki sauce by Low Carb Yum & used it on the chicken breasts. Then I used it on a round steak, then chicken, then sirloin steak – l need to make more teriyaki sauce now! High in sodium but I really love it!! I get the best flavor by placing it with the sauce in the fridge raw overnight & then sous vide the next day. I have a Joule machine (talks to my app!) & they say I can drop the meat in the water bath right away & it will start the timer when the water has reached the temperature.

Hi Anita! I just got my sous vide yesterday! I decided on a sous vide slow cooker, that comes with a standing rack and temperature probe. The Black and Decker Sous Vide model. I’ll start cooking with it tomorrow. Steaks and chicken breasts.

I love the idea of using the silicon bags to use in your Sous Vide. Do you turn the bag inside out in order to wash it in the dishwasher? I can't wait to cook a chicken breast now in the Sous Vide. Ii looks so moist and delicious and very easy!

I am waiting on my sous vide to arrive. I think it may come tomorrow. I’m glad the skinless white meat is that great, because chicken breasts are too dry. I’m anxious to try them.
YES, meat videos for PSMF would be so helpful. I need ideas. Thank you.

Great video very informative. I watched another video using sous vide method. It was a chicken breast stuffed with cheese mascarpone and cooked kale greens it looked so delicious after searing and some of the cheese came out got crispy. I really don't want to invest in another appliance but I'm being tempted. Thanks again.

Just downloaded the Joule app. Thanks to that tip. I've been searching each food item for temps and cooking times on my laptop. This app will be nice. I'm sous vide cooking boiled eggs right now and will be cooking catfish this evening with this method.

Thank you! Have eaten far too many dry chicken breasts. Did my first sous vide 2 days ago thanks to you. Did a thick pork chop and it came out great. Turkey breast is such a great idea….those of us in the US will love seeing how that turns out with Thanksgiving coming up in NOV.

Suggestion/Request: meatballs May have to sear in skillet or air fryer to firm up edges first, but should be soooo moist. Anxious to so a meatball sub with Rao's using your PSMF bread.
