I'm a pescatarian, I can't see how eating only meat is healthy or satisfying health is wealth,I just dropped 40 pounds doing intermittent fasting and I think this is something I can stick with for life finally, your always so honest love that 🧡

This is why I love your Channel. You are so real. I can totally relate to you. I also grew up with issues and had an eating disorder since I was 19 and still fight it 20 years later on and off. Food addiction is hard because you can't quit food. An alcoholic can quit alcohol and thrive but with food addiction you have to eat to survive. So you have to Face your ADDICTION EVERY DAY.. Listening to your channel is therapeutic for me and I am Grateful I found ya..

Thanks for your honesty and sharing. I could really relate. Like you, I find Keto easy to follow and Carnivore is depriving myself. Socially it's really hard as well.

I did the same thing. My stomach hurt day and night for over 2 weeks. The symptoms gradually stopped. I was also tired every afternoon. All of my issues have gone away. I eat all kinds of meat, eggs, bacon and a little cheese. I use lime juice to tenderize my steak. I also use onion powder and garlic powder to season my food. I eat one meal a day now and have lost 18 pounds in 2 months. I need to lose about 55 more pounds. I am happy with what I eat. Sorry you had a bad time.

I appreciate you for being so raw and honest. I had been contemplating it since I’ve seen others have so much success but I really think keto is good enough for me. As for the 💩 issue – Joe Rogan famously described his volcanic action in great detail so don’t be embarrassed 😭🤣

Sweet thanks for sharing your journey and struggles. We all need to customize our keto lifestyle. I've been keto for over a year and found a way to make this WOE sustainable for me. For 1yr+ I never ate off plan and I'm seeing amazing results. I'm not perfect – this is what works for ME: I weigh/measure all my food, track in Chronometer, test ketones & blood glucose daily, weigh myself every day, eat at a 20% caloric deficit, eat 35-40 NET carbs/day, and do IF 20:4 (2MAD). Yes, I love data and bio-hacking. I eat my favorite foods: Pasta (Fiber Gourmet / 1oz servings) and Thin Crust Pizza (Low Carb Bread Co.). Before I was never able to eat 1 SERVING of food – now I can and I finally have a "normal" relationship with food. Find what works for YOU! Cheers from downtown ChiTown!

I have IBS and carnivore helps but ketovore has been better for me to add in some veggies also fasting works for me but not something I do all the time. I fell off bad due to stress but getting back on track even when I carnivore I seasoned my meat and did well but carnivore is not for everyone just like keto reason many change and it be great to see people uplift all and not belittle people for working on get healthy

Gosh I could've said all the things you just said. I tried carnivore for a month or so and I also felt it was so hard to focus on what I COULD have instead of what I COULDN'T have. Then I tried a strict high protein and low low calorie version of keto and ended up in the hospital with tanked electrolytes, even though I was supplementing and tracking. Now I'm afraid to do anything because I don't want to end up back in the hospital!

I don’t normally like watching your videos but I understand struggle. I’ll just share what I eat in a day because I feel that a lot of people don’t have nutritional balance and that’s why they lack energy, also eliminating veggie toxins takes longer than 30 days and the cellular repair the body has to make takes time. Breakfast I usually have 3 whole eggs cooked in 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Doesn’t have to be grass fed. And to that I add 4 slices of bacon and 3/4 cup other days 80/20 browned ground beef. Lunch is small because I have to eat fast at work, but it’s a couple chicken lagged with skin drizzled with Frank’s Buffalo sauce or 1 cu of ground beef with an ounce of cream cheese. Sometimes breakfast is enough so I work through til I get home to dinner. Dinner I have a variety, includes organ meats. I’ll have half a cup of ground beef, half a cup of pork sausage (no sugar) and half a slice of beef liver chopped up and mixed in with it. I warm it with a tablespoon of butter drizzled over. I’ll have 2 ribs of with lamb or spare ribs all of which I prepare ahead of time a store to eat throughout the week. That is my favorite dinner but it’s essential to get liver even if you have to buy it in pill form. That is the balance. I hope this helps and support you in your endeavors 💪🏼

Mmm. I went Keto last July then after 3 weeks heard about carnivore. My issues were weight, blood pressure and arthritis. I thought, try for a month and see. After a month, I was off BP meds, lost inches off my waist and my knee was improving. Never planned to do it forever went a solid six months. Main issue was a toilet thing but that was only a few weeks. Upshot, now pretty much Ketovore. Can't even imagine going back to SAD.

Been a yo-yo all my adult life but menopause smacked me.

I think the thing that helped me stick to carnivore at the time was not focusing on all the things I couldn't eat, rather all the different things that I could try and experiment with. I still haven't tried everything out!! I don't like ground beef and also get fed up with steak. I don't restrict any spices and don't get precious about a spoon of sauce ☺️.

I hope you find your groove and get to where you need to be. If you can't sustain it, it isn't worth doing.

NB: Cooking and baking for the rest of the family also doesn't bother me, though they now get more keto stuff and don't mind at all. 🥰

Nothing is wrong with you girl….. eating nothing but meat is in no way sustainable and the definition of restrictive diet culture. I can do meat/Fish and veggies and fruit for life but only meat NOWAY you are not alone.

I also experienced the same issue and I pushed myself through Carnivore for 60 days before. I was so depressed bc I had to restrict myself going places too due to the bathroom issues. It seemed to not settle no matter what I did. I didn't even do any HWC just beef, chicken, lamb & eggs and drank water. So much happier just eating clean as I was doing before with something I would consider between keto & ketovore. I stay away from all the keto friendly processed products too. Onward & upward for us!

I’ve been taking my kids swimming, they love it and it’s a plus for me to get exercise in. It’s funny you mentioned roller skating, I’ve been on the search to buy roller skates. It was my favorite past time when I was a kid. I’d rather roller skate than ride a bike. 😁
