Seems with that instant pot being so big you could make enough food in it to feed a whole camp. If you can get your power situation sorted. Nothing wrong with a big ass pot of spaghetti and sauce, with some chopped up hot dogs, as long as long as you are springing for it, along with a decent grade of shredded cheese, and some red pepper flake.
You inspired me. I am having bite size italian meatballs, loaded baked potato perogies, with four cheese alfredo sauce. All done up in the hotlogic mini of course.
If the wind or something made the tire carrier close would you be trapped in the bed of your truck?

InstaPot made me fat. The things I realized I could cook in it were extensive. I had to put it away or I'd be eating roasts and stews everyday.

Those Holmes heaters are frickin excellent,just gotta watch the cord getting hot. I use a 15 gauge cord for mine
Always keep a bottle of Hot Sauce in your truck!!! I keep atleast 3 at work,1 definitely in my box!!🍻

I ❤ the sheets!!! Looks toasty!!! So nice to see you again!! You do look refreshed and ready to go on some adventures. A little hint when doing spaghetti in the insta pot…. Or even on the stove put some water in ur jar of sauce after you dump the sauce in the pan….not a lot but maybe a quarter of a glass and put the lid on it and shake it up get all the sauce out of while at the same time that ur adding water!!! I hate to admit but it takes me two days to watch you videos. I always fall asleep because I get so relaxed listening to your voice 😅. Plz don’t take it as a bad thing!!! It’s a good thing!!! The tabs on the side of the lid fit into the slots on the handles of the instant pot so you don’t have to set it down somewhere.

one tip… you should pour hot sauce first and after that use those 3 cups of water to rinse rest of sauce.

Best way to get all the sauce out the jar, is to throw a little bit of water in there, close the lid, shake it, then pour it all out, the water will evaporate with the heat.

I put potatoes carrots and a sausage on top and steaming. You like steamed vegetables that instant pot does a amazing job
Use frozen water bottles in the cooler. Less moisture and reusable or drinkable when thawed.
