Hey Ms Donna..I'm loving this. I bake Sock it to me cakes but idk why I do mine kinda different, I think it must be how my granny and my great great aunt did it, for my swirl I add batter to my cinnamon and I use walnuts instead of pecans..I've always enjoyed walnuts better.. did I tell you about this butter poundcake I made my good friend for her housewarming and I added vanilla pudding to the glaze..Omg ms Donna I got such great compliments . By the way the grandbaby is absolutely beautiful..

My grandmother used to make this cake, I have also this recipe marketed as "Grandma's Cake!" which fits it a lot better than "Sock it to Me!"😂 Your grandson looks just like his grandpa, he's gorgeous!

Hi, I'm a southern cook from Indiana and I'm brand new to your channel. Today was my first video of yours and I saw the title of Sock-it-to-me cake and I thought oh my goodness! I have got to watch that video! I've had those sock-it-to-me cakes in the stores but I have never made one myself.
