I think that the porridge brand is Knorr, which is popular worldwide. I love their vegetable broth. Greasy but delicious, lol!

How would you like your nest ripped out from under you as you were trying to safely home your young children? FACT is that there is no evidence that backs up the claims made about the bird saliva. Literally no evidence it's beneficial to your health. So literaly all you are doing by drinking this is supporting the murder on baby birds.

When you cook in the microwave you should always check it halfway through and stir if needed. Nice vid. i wouldn't buy most of it like the crickets, shrimp heads, birds nest, bean milk for starters. lol
