Damn AB, I’ve been served! That looks, well.. I’m speechless, too. Maybe with a side of collard greens, and cornbread.
Uh huh, I want some more, mom! My brother, I love smoking and chilling, and grilling with you and learning too. It’s funny, the things I used to hate to eat when I was little, now have become my soul foods. Ye brother, therefore lay thy wisdom upon me. I’ve never cooked oxtails, but suddenly I want to. Maybe if you added some potatoes and celery, mushrooms and perhaps half a bottle of red wine it could become a very cool stew, too! I bet Julia Childs is smiling down, on me right now! Oh! I mean, us! ☮️j

I applaud your effort but that's not the real authentic oxtail. You're missing quite a bit of seasonings. The pieces are too thick, and the gravy is too pale. The method is just totally off.

I’m making this today, Sunday April 3, 2022. I have some oxtail but I also have a piece of beef shank that I’m throwing in as well. I figure it should work as well.
I don’t have the rub so I’m using the substitute with onion power. So far, it smells delicious and I can’t wait till our evening meal!

I made this recipe. It was my first time making oxtails. Actually I’ve never had oxtails. My man wanted oxtails and we decided to use your recipe. It was delicious! I was a little worried about making the rouge but you directions were perfect! We are eating this over rice. Love your channel ❤️
