You won't believe this but I was planning on making meatballs in tomato sauce tonight in my Instant Pot. Then I saw this video and decided to make your recipe and I have to say it is outstanding, outstanding, outstanding. My hubby came out from watching tv and said wow, it smells so good in here. It's so easy and way more delicious. Thanks so much.
Excited for my wife to make this!
Can I use regular beef or chicken broth
We don't mix dairy and meat
Can I just use olive oil for the sofrito
I have the 6qt instant pot ultra I a little nervous about using any suggestions on how to begin
I can't wait to try this, it looks amazing! I really LOVE the fact that you explained how we can make this a more "clean eating" recipe, like using 3-4 Tbs. almond flour instead of the corn starch or wheat flour and/or skipping the bread crumbs (I would either use gluten free or use oats instead!). I've been watching video after video trying to find IP recipes that are "clean eating", so again, thank you, I really appreciate that! Looking forward to seeing more of your videos and recipes!!!
I am SHOCKED, shocked I say. NO CAPERS????
I'm new to the Instant Pot world and am confused about the liquid requirements. I noticed that you only put in a quarter cup of liquid, but my manual (for the 8 quart duo) says it requires 2 cups of liquid. Help! I would like to try this, but don't want to burn my pot.
Oh thank you for this recipe! It looks delicious 🤤. I am going to make this tonight.
Looks yummy! Great job!
