Darrin, I currently own a PB Pro 850 pellet grill and I have learned so much from watching your channel. The PB850 has been an awesome unit for me but I would love to have more cooking surface so looking for a bigger smoker. Two drawbacks to the PB850 – ashbox cleaning requires taking out everything and the heat shield sits on an angle which I feel makes one side hotter. Do you have any suggestions of smokers to compare? I don't grill with my unit, only smoke so a straight pellet smoker would be right up my alley. Porkbelly bites look amazing and is on the to do list. Thanks again

Too bad where I live there’s only a Safeway store and they don’t carry a lot of different meats especially pork belly. Recipe is great would definitely make some if I can find some pork belly. Have a awesome day.
