Hey Bad Beast or other smokers! Do your gravity fed charcoal smokers act and bring flavor like a pellet and drum cooker put together? Curious as I have the Recteq and a drum smoker. Love them both! But always wish I could get the flavor of the drum on the pellet and then the precision, length of cook and sq inches of the pellet on the drum.
So is the gravity charcoal like bringing both of these together? Thanks!
