I have been trying to find out where people in the South keep their potatoes. I live in Maine and my potatoes go off quite quickly and they keep them in the coolest driest place I have in the house. I want to purchase a large bag of baking potatoes but I don't know where I should store them. in the summer I tend to put them under my bed by the air conditioner but I don't know where to store them the rest of the year.

I am pregnant and almost nothing is appetizing to me these days, but this was surprisingly good! And it smells heavenly! It's definitely one of the best slow cooker dishes I've tried thus far. Simple and tasty. To whoever said that this is unseasoned and bland, did you even watch the video??? Both the sauce and chicken are seasoned quite a bit. The only thing I changed was using Italian seasoning instead of thyme but I know thyme is good with chicken dishes also. I think I will add this to my weekly rotation. Love one pot meals!
