Good recipe. Bumped the garlic up to 3 cloves, added a beef and chicken bouillon cube upped the pepper to 0.5 tsp. Added some tomato juice. Used dried Hashbrowns and 1 can potatoes because we were out of fresh potatoes. Turned out great, and only 290 calories a serving with 6 servings total.

Mines in the crockpot now almost doneπŸ˜‹ I like more juice so I did 2 cans of tomato paste and 4 cups of water with double the amount for each seasoning.❀ I also added 2 chopped celery stalks and 4 beef bouillon cubes!😊

Instead of water I used 2 cups of low sodium beef stock and added corn. I'm sure the leftovers will taste better tomorrow than now and BELIEVE me it's great when made the first day. Will definitely cook this again!!! πŸ‘

Made this last night. Someone in the comments on your website suggested beef broth instead of water, 1 hidden valley ranch packet and 1 onion soup mix so I added those to it and I also used ground turkey. It came out great, Thank you!
