Fantastic recipe Marcelle!! I did this a few months ago in my pellet smoker and recorded the whole thing was going to upload but on the taste test I had realized I salted my chuck roast heavily before and the whole thing come out tasting like a bowl of salt! 😂 i’m going to have to revisit this soon as I too have seen quite a few of these pop up on YouTube.
