When I added the stock in, it looks like the cream has curdled 😔 should I have waited until the stock cooled before adding it?
Hi Cheryl, have a great Hogmanay when it arrives. I would use skinned and boned chicken thighs and add some baby plum tomatoes. Cheers.

That looks lovely Cheryl. Even tho I haven't got a slow cooker yet, my old 1 has broken, I'm gonna give this a go just doing it in the oven. I'm sure it will be fine, I've dine a few of your slow cooker recipes in the oven. A new slow cooker is on my shopping list for the new year!!
I'm a bit tired of poultry at this point. Perhaps with shrimp instead?

Funnily enough I have a mushroom and pasta in my slow cooker that should be ready in about an hour and my pasta will go in, in 10 minutes time.
