The most important thing is to cook the chicken to an internal temp of 165 degrees. Looked delish, salad too.

I've cooked chicken this way many times Jim. Great work. Whether or not to wash chicken before cooking is one of those hotly debated cooking topics. Many insist on washing it and many think washing it is unnecessary because it only spreads bacteria instead of killing it. Like you said, you can't win either way. LOL

My kids live this. I make this probably once a month. I brown the chicken first and throw sliced up peppers and onions in with the sauce. And I serve it with spaghetti just like you. My fast chicken cacciatore. I know this is not real chicken cacciatore but this is what I told my children Chicken Cacciatore is. Is really good too. Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best! I love your channel and don't worry about the haters oh, you are right! Someone will complain no matter what you do. You just don't listen to them….. do what you do. You are cooking for you and your family. If they want to make changes or do things different they can do that for them and their family.
