    Looks so savory and good and yet super simple! Tip on avoiding steam fogging up the lens, you can position a small fan pointing between the camera and the pot to get the steam to blow away instead of rising towards your camera (the only thing to watch out for is that the fan isn't blowing directly on your mic). You can also position the camera higher and slightly in front of the pot instead of directly over it.

    I forget that you have different hours in England than here. Early Sunday for you Late Saturday night here. Hope all is well YUMMY I'm doing Meat Free Curry and Rice Recipe. You can tell it had been Americanized only two TSP curry powder. I added more after doing the video… Especially peppers Yummy video you have here Andrew…. Looks like cooking in an instant pot too.
