Made this last night and the place smells awesome. Nice and garlicy… some how the small prep bowl of garlic was pushed behind the slow cooker and never made it in. Facepalm moment.

If using chicken, I would suggest checking it after 4 hours. Most times chicken is nice and shreddable at after 4 hours on high. Observations from my own cooking, Your results may vary… 😛

Nice change out with a leaner cut of meat. Simple enough too. I may just use the leftovers of a two pound smaller loin after I cook one. Thanks
