    We still have quite a few Sizzler restaurants here in California. Haven't been there in a long time, and now seeing you make their amazing cheese bread makes me want to go! My favorite thing there is the Malibu Chicken, which is a chicken patty with sliced ham and Swiss cheese on top. Oh and in the U.S. the style of thick bread that the cheese bread is made with is called Texas toast.

    Nice one mate. I worked there in the mid 90’s and had to prep this by the tray load. We used a spatula to completely cover one side of each slice in the half/half mix and it was grilled on the flat. I loved this toast too. I gained a few kilos working there. 😂 Thanks for the memories!
