The chicken wild rice looks really good! I’m making that for dinner tonight w my own “cream of chicken” soup base and edamame instead of celery since we used up the last of the celery at lunch time… smells very good already, I must say!!

I really appreciate that you add a meatless meal to your recipes in almost every vid. I usually just sub beans or tofu for the meat but it's nice to have dedicated veggie alternatives, too, Pinterest? Oh, I'm there even tho' it's a real rabbit hole.

You can also sub quinoa if you don’t want rice. Or combine it with rice. I accidentally ordered too much quinoa and didn’t want to waste it. It also works great in soups and stews to add protein and thicken it slightly. And you should get a crock pot company or a multi pot company to sponsor your videos. So yummy! If you want to add a non meat protein to your veggie pie, quinoa added for the last hour adds protein and keeps carbs down, since there are plenty of carbs in the dish. And Julia Child was great for oops when preparing meals.

These all look great. Something we will both eat. And keeping the kitchen cool is always good. Now I’ll go look for you on Pinterest. I love your recipes. And I. Sick of making the same old recipes. I think tomorrow my husband is picking up some subs for dinner. We like Firehouse subs. We don’t get them very often but it’s nice when we do. I don’t have to make dinner.
