There are so many things I like about your videos, and especially this one. I am one of the ones who has been waiting with bated breath for another Single Serve version and you did not disappoint! I love how real you are – chatty, forgetful, improvising and honest. Also, appreciate all of the tips and tricks. It's like you give me permission to cook what and how I want which may not necessarily have been accepted by conventional cooks. I do have a question – For dishes like the Alfredo Tortellini do you put the foil dishes in the oven with the cardboard lid? I have always been afraid that they would catch on fire. I usually put foil on and then the cardboard lid for the freezer (makes it firmer for stacking) and then I just have to take the cardboard off and it is already to go in the oven.

Hi! I see the chili recipe says 6 servings. How much is a serving? I have jars I want to use instead of bags but need to know if they're big enough.
My bonus chili add in: cook up elbow macaroni and add that plus extra chopped celery, bell peppers then mix in frozen corn. You can add cheese to top then you have a chili mac casserole. The corn is esp. good when using black beans in the original chili.
    TIA!

    Great recipes. Thank you.
Just one note; for your Tortellini, the white part on containers goes on top, so you write on it what the meal is. And the shiny part on the bottom. 😊

I’m single and appreciate the tips for one portion in quart size bags. Out of curiosity, what sizes do Canadians use? Embarrassed I don’t already know. Leftover chili, I gotta share, sorry if you already got this. Frito Pie, a Texas classic. Pour chili over corn chips, top with shredded cheddar.
