I have always meal prepped, I work 12 hour shifts as well and it has always been a help for my family to have meals done ahead of time. For Christmas this year my husband and I actually made 60+ freezer crockpot meals for our sons, who have homes of their own and are single hard working men.

Trying to get back into doing keto, I fell way off the wagon. Your channel is one of my favorites and I've missed watching you! I have felt so guilty. Oh a tip for the instant pot is that I have heard to always let the saute function get to hot and then add oil bc that is supposed to make stuff not stick to the bottom.

I cook with a dish towel on my shoulder too! I grew up watching my my do that. If she was in the kitchen, she had a dish towel thrown over her shoulder. Love it!

Going to to use shrimp in the egg roll in a bowl. Tried it with ground beef and ground pork. So far ground pork is my favorite.

Hi Misti. I finally hit the Dollar Tree and picked up some of the Badia seasoning and it's really good. Also, at Kroger it's $2.00 – so good savings. I put this on some catfish that I just sautéed in some oil and it was fantastic. Thanks for the upload.
