You must have a high tolerance to heat! First time making taco soup thought my mouth was on fire! Second time I added a whole container of Trader Joe's coconut creamer and it came out perfect ! So delicious with brown rice ! Thank you for the recipe! My new addiction

Are we pressure cooking for 25 min or just cooking it with the top off? Also if I’m not using lentils could I lower the cooking time? Thanks
You can also put diced tomatoes and sautéed onion salt and pepper of course, and it is delicious!

Since I don’t use vegan butter anymore I put my cheese sauce in my grits and vegan bacon bits..so good! Never thought to make them sweet, but I am definitely a savory girl..

Great video as always! I love how your meals are so simple but tasty. I agree that consistency is key. Once you stop eating the junk food and turn to healthy food, you crave junk so much less. Even if I slip up, I feel so gross afterwards that it reinforces my desire to eat well. I was drawn to your channel by the first video you and your mom did. I'm 52 and my oldest son is 24, and I was having trouble losing the same 10 pounds. I was already WFPB but had not heard of the starch solution. I love the 50/50 plate, I have lost 5 pounds already!
