    Definitely one of the top choices when I need to make a clean, quick, simple & nutritious soup /dish. No oil, contain variety of green leafy, mushrooms, & carrot. Great for any day to have a clean meal. Just for the white pepper, I prefer to put it last after turning off the heat for a better peppery taste

    Its tastier n healthier with 2 3 slices of ginger to balance ying n yang cos mostly all are cooling ingredients..thats just my opinions..especially soup wt taufu..
